Training or retraining is required when a person or a team need to reinforce concepts or practices in the kitchen.

Normally the training have historical foundation, theoretical and practical content with customized handouts very lean developed specifically to address only what matters to the customer.

Below are some pictures of the last training that had oriental theme, given to our new friend Rodrigo, a chef in a large vessel that easily incorporated the new skills for the preparation of oriental dishes. The course was very productive and relaxed, as a training type “PERSONAL” the results exceeded all expectations.
