1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oats thin flakes
1.5 cup brown sugar
1 cup warm water
0.5 cup of oil or unsalted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder soup
Method of preparation:
Place in blender all ingredients except the apple and yeast, blend until smooth. Pour the contents into a bowl and stir in the chopped apple into cubes and baking powder. Take in a preheated oven at 200 degrees in an average way greased and bake for about 30 minutes.
